Combination Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessment/Inspection
Process of identifying where the lead-based paint in a property is actually located and where lead-based paint hazards are located. This process combines a surface-by-surface measurement of lead based paint with optional soil and dust sampling to provide the owner with information on what should be done immediately and what can be done later; both immediate and potential hazards are identified.
Re-evaluations/Lead Based Paint/Lead Safe Certification Program
Reevaluations are needed in dwellings where lead-based paint remains, or is suspected to remain, even if it is presently in a nonhazardous condition. Lead Based Paint Safe Certifications available.
